Finally after lots of editing, meaning much self doubt and deliberation, I am releasing my first book in the Soul Essence series. This book is a short (only 40 pages) book on how important it is to live life in both our spiritual and human "self". In this book I have reached out on a very human level. Writing what I know from a human perspective with years of my own ups and downs. Then I mixed it up with my spiritual knowledge and created what I call a Cosmic Cocktail.
